Hi, I’m Lara!

Born in Munich in 2007.

I’ve lived in South Africa, Germany, Canada, Italy, and Austria.

Height: 174 cm

Weight: 65 kg

I love cooking, reading, sleeping, and occasionally partying. Other sports I enjoy besides ski racing include deep powder skiing, cross-country skiing, telemark skiing, mountain biking, kitesurfing, and climbing.

At 16, I had the honor of competing as South Africa’s only skier at the 2024 Youth Winter Olympics in Gangwon, South Korea.

Biggest Mountain Bike Success:

Gold Medal at Red Bull Crankworx in Whistler, Canada, at the Fox Air on the famous A-Line.

I’m obsessed with kitesurfing – I love gliding over the water, learning to jump, and flying! Currently, I’m working on handling waves.

I enjoy sharing my journey on social media – from behind-the-scenes training to race-day nerves and trying new things.
